Clarifying FlockNotes

As a clarification, flockNotes is a means for the council to send out notices of meetings or events to the membership. This is, really, just what it says, a note. This is not used to send long emails, it is for reminders. Tonight, for example, I sent out a notice of the business meeting. On other occassions, I have sent out reminders for the Blood Drive, etc.
